By accessing this website and/or placing an order with Kid Dynamite Fireworks, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Tennessee and the United States. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place an order.
2.1 You must be at least 16 years of age to purchase consumer fireworks from us in the State of Tennessee, subject to any stricter local ordinances.
2.2 By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order if we reasonably believe you are under 16 or otherwise ineligible under Tennessee law.
3.1 At pickup, the person receiving the order must present a valid, government‑issued photo ID showing date of birth.
3.2 We will not release any fireworks order without acceptable identification verifying that the person picking up is 16 years of age or older.
3.3 If you authorize another person to pick up your order:
4.1 Fireworks cannot be shipped or delivered. All orders must be picked up in person at our designated Tennessee store or tent location(s):
4.2 Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed over to you (or your authorized pickup person) at our Tennessee location.
4.3 We do not ship fireworks within Tennessee or to any other state.
5.1 After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with pickup instructions, location, and time window.
5.2 If an order is not picked up within the stated timeframe, we may:

6.2 We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Charges are processed at the time of purchase.
6.3 We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors. If an error affects your order, we may cancel or adjust the order and will notify you of any changes.
7.1 Due to the nature of fireworks, all sales are generally final once the order has been picked up.
7.2 Before pickup, you may request cancellation within the time specified at checkout or on your order confirmation. We may charge a reasonable cancellation or restocking fee.
7.3 We may, at our sole discretion, accept returns or issue refunds for defective or damaged products, subject to inspection at our Tennessee location. Any refund will be limited to the purchase price of the affected item(s) and processed to the original method of payment.
