No Shipping or Delivery
We do not ship or deliver fireworks under any circumstances.
All orders must be picked up in person at our Tennessee location(s):
Fireworks cannot be mailed, shipped by courier, or delivered to your home. All purchases are pickup only, in compliance with Tennessee law and our store policy.
Age Requirement for Pickup
- You must be at least 16 years old to purchase or pick up fireworks.
- A valid government‑issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport, etc.) is required at pickup.
- We will not release any order to anyone under 16 or to anyone who cannot provide acceptable ID.
You may authorize another person to pick up your order, but they must:
- Be 16 years of age or older, and
- Present the order confirmation and their own valid photo ID at pickup.
How Pickup Works
- Place Your Order Online
- Add items to your cart and complete checkout.
- Choose your preferred pickup date/time window (if available).
- Order Confirmation
- You’ll receive an email or text with your order number and pickup details.
- Keep this handy (print or digital) for pickup.
- Arrive at Our Location
- Go to our store or tent during your selected pickup window.
- Bring your order confirmation and photo ID.
- Verify and Collect
- Our staff will verify your age and order details.
- Once verified, you’ll sign for your order and take your fireworks with you.
Pickup Timeframes & Unclaimed Orders
- Orders must be picked up within 2 hours of your scheduled pickup time.
- If your order is not picked up in time, we may:
- Cancel the order, and
- Issue a refund at our discretion, minus any restocking or processing fees.

When You Are Charged

- If there is a pricing or product error that affects your order, we may adjust or cancel the order and will notify you of any changes.
Taxes and Fees
- Applicable Tennessee sales tax and any required local taxes will be added at checkout.
- Any restocking or cancellation fees (if applicable) will be clearly stated when you request a change or cancellation.
Cancellations & Refunds (Payment)
- You may request to cancel an order before it is prepared for pickup or within 2 hours of ordering, whichever comes first.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method, less any applicable fees.
- Once an order is picked up, all sales are generally final due to the nature of fireworks.
- At our discretion, we may provide a refund or replacement for defective or damaged items, subject to inspection at our location.
